As the Regional Customer Support Manager of North America for WoodWing Software I manage a team of several support engeniers and work closley with the Global Director of Customer Support.
I have worked with several cuastomers such as Trusted Media Brands as thier Technical Account Manager for thier publishing software known as Studio and digial asset managet solution known as Assets which are created and hosted by WoodWing Software. In this role, regualr meetings with the customer are held and I was the main techncal point of contact and escalation for the customer as well as a general product knownlage expert.
As a Support Specialist for WoodWing Software I have gained first-hand knowledge into configuration, workflows and managemewnt of WoodWing Studio and WoodWing Assets.
I worked closely with publishers at Valence Media formally known as Prometheus Global Media who is the parent organization for both The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard Magazine, over a period of several years. I assisted creative leads to create various versions of their mobile applications for iPad first, using methods provided by Adobe®and then later by Twixl Media. For this project, I was the primary individual responsible for the project management, documentation, training, app development, testing, and deployment of their tablet app experience. A significant portion of this project surrounded integrating a direct entitlement solution inside their tablet apps. I also provided many hours of support aiding them through technical problems and providing quality customer service after the sale.
In this project, I worked with the team at Trusted Media Brands (TMBI), the parent company of Readers Digest, to help them in switching several of their mobile applications from the Adobe® DPS application platform to the Twixl Media Publisher solution. I worked with the TMBI organization as the primary individual responsible for providing technical support and assistance surrounding system specifications and training of the Twixl Platform. I also provided training services surrounding content authoring processes for Twixl and executed consultation regarding the migration of an existing direct entitlement solution into Twixl. I further provided support in aiding them through technical issues and providing quality customer service after the sale.
I worked closely with The Smithsonian Institution providing instruction, guidance, and support to their technical and publication production staff on the implementation and conversion from Adobe® DPS to the Twixl Media Publisher. I was the central individual responsible for administering technical support and assistance surrounding system requirements and training of the Twixl Platform. I also provided training services encompassing content authoring processes for Twixl and provided consultation regarding integration of the Twixl Media Platform with vjoon K4 publishing systems. I also delivered support helping them through technical issues and providing quality customer assistance after the sale.
I worked excellently with MCI-USA, formally known as Network Media Partners, to facilitate adoption of both the Twixl Media Publisher and TruEdit. A large part of this project was to create and deliver fully responsive HTML content for tablet, mobile, and browser-based apps for the National Education Association's magazine publications; NEA Today & NEA Retired. I was the primary individual responsible for providing technical support and assistance surrounding system requirements and training of the Twixl Platform and TruEdit. I additionally provided support assisting them through technical problems and providing quality customer service after the sale.
I worked with creative managers at the Human Rights Campaign providing services with respect to training, implementation, and conversion from Adobe® DPS to the Twixl Media Publisher. I also was key in aiding the adoption of TruEdit to create and deliver fully responsive HTML content for tablet and mobile apps. I was the principal individual responsible for providing technical support and assistance surrounding system requirements and implementation of initially Adobe® DPS followed by the Twixl Platform and TruEdit. I also rendered services assisting them through application construction and submission as well as producing quality client service after the sale.
For this project, I worked in with creative managers at the DuPont® providing services with regard to implementation and conversion from Adobe® DPS Classic to the Adobe® Experience Manager Mobile system. I was a key team member that assisted in the global deployment of applications used for the Crop Protection division at DuPont®. Incorporated in this project was the enablement of a custom entitlement solution which was adopted to protect proprietary DuPont® content. I was able to facilitate the adoption of TruEdit to create and deliver fully responsive HTML content for their tablet and mobile apps. I was the primary individual responsible for rendering technical support and assistance surrounding system specifications and implementation of the direct entitlement, the Adobe® Experience Manager Mobile system, and TruEdit. I also rendered services assisting them through application construction, review, and deployment as well as providing quality customer service after the sale.
I worked with the creative manager at Cape Cod Publications rendering services with respect to implementation and conversion from Adobe® DPS Classic to the Twixl Media Publisher. I was the central individual responsible for providing technical support and assistance in regard to training, system requirements, and implementation of the Twixl Media Publisher system. I also provided services for assisting them through application construction, review, and deployment as well as giving class A customer service after the sale.
I have worked with many types of clients to accomplish a variety of objectives.
